DIY Pizza Kits – each pack includes 2 balls of Gluten Free dough, our home made pizza sauce and enough grated mozzarella for two 9 inch pizzas. Additionally there will be an insert detailing cooking instructions and ingredients.
 
For the Dough:  gluten free flour, xantham gum, salt, sugar, yeast, water.
 
For the Sauce:  peeled chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, “The Chillees” garlic chilli oil, mixed herbs, basil, salt
 
Mozzarella Cheese
 
Whilst we have made every effort to avoid cross contamination. This product is produced in the same environment as dough containing gluten.
